Create a direct link for a currency option selector

Please look at [login to view URL] , there is a dropdown menu on the top right corner of the screen that allows the user to select a currency. The default is USD, but I want to give a user a direct link that will pre-select a different currency when that link is visited. For example: [login to view URL] will set the currency to CAD. I also need such a link generated for the product pages. The product page url is in a format like this. [login to view URL] so the currency option should be adjusted accordingly. As I understand this project can be done just by looking at the html code and not modifying any code on the website. So no access will be given to the backend of the website. If you need access to the backend please let me know before you accept the project. I will be looking to hire someone who can do this right away.
