Create a Pricing Calculator in Excel

I need to create a pricing calculator in Excel for shipping labels. The calculator will have a table of prices by label volume. A user will be able to input the expected number of labels. The calculator will lookup that volume in the pricing table then output the total cost. The calculator also has a table of discounts. If a certain service is selected then a discount is applied to the price and the total price is recalculated. I've uploaded a template for the calculator.
