I need a Salesforce App that creates the following things:
- Custom Object with several fields (Text, AutoId, Date, 3 lookup relationships to User/Contact/Lead) and Custom Layout
- A Custom Tab
- Change Design of related list in Lead/Contact
You create this app and we are then able to change minor details (name of field, etc.) and are able to publish the App ourselves.
