I would respond to suggestions or questions very promptly, and would expect the same in return. I would use Visual Studio 2017 Community, with Entity Framework to connect to the database. If your database isn't accessible to my development machine, I could setup a clone of your tables and data in an Azure database to use for development. Steps 1 and 2 should take somewhere between 4-8 hours each. Step 3 I am less certain about because I have never worked with Magento, and the requirement seems unclear. Because of this I will estimate 16 hours. Potential blockers are my learning curve for Magento, and if there are any additional requirements that aren't included in the job description. Either way, I am a quick learner and have a wide range of skills to help solve many kinds of problems.
