Create a Wordpress E-Commerce Website

Need an e-commerce website created for small clothing business. I prefer Wordpress site with Woocommerce but will take other suggestions. The site will be 10 accordion pieces in a horizontal format (like this: [login to view URL]) in mobile and vertical on desktop and collapse buttons to close each accordion. Debating if I should have an action button on each collapsed accordion such as “add to cart” and an anchor link to the e-commerce description. When the accordion is collapsed, it must have a photo fill and a text box. When accordion is expanded it needs to have a photo area (zoomable, responsive and sliding) and the e-commerce options below (name, description, clothing attributes). Will need a slide out menu (similar to site attached). Within the slide-out menu, it will have an area for promo images (free shipping, etc), menu links and e-commerce items (my account, shopping cart). Will also need to add the widget similar to this ([login to view URL]), and an email capture when an item is sold out.
