Create a WordPress Template with CSV import

First of all please write me crushsoft, if you understand the project description. Every automatic bidding will be skipped automatically. I need a Wordpress template to manage my Magic: The Gathering card inventory and have a selling site for these cards. I would like to import my full inventory from a comma sparated CSV file. The columns are (value example after the column name): - My Count (1 or 2 or any integer) - Card Name (Abzan Advantage) or (Tamiyo; Field Researcher (emblem)) etc. - Set/Expansion (Fate Reforged) or (Magic 2012 (M12)) etc. - Card No. (positive integer from 1 to 400-500. Every set has its own card number range from 1 to 400-500) - Card Type (creature or Sorcery, etc.) - Color (Gold, Green, Red, etc.) - Mana Cost (1UR, 1G, 2WR, etc) - Rarity (R, C, U, M) - Buylist (0.05, 1.25, etc.) - Fair Value (same as Buylist) - Median (same as Buylist) When importing I have to select fields that should be imported. When importing a CSV file that has the same cards as imported before, I should be asked if we have to overwrite the total count of the card or add the new count to the existing one. If a card name contains semi-colons that should be converted to comma! I would like to sell cards as collection (set) or individually (not in set). So I have to create collections filtering to sets and then selecting cards from this set to the new collection. These cards cannot be sold individually, because they are in collection now. I should have create collections from few pieces of the same card, but you have the total number per each card from the CSV file. Of course I have to edit existing collections: add or remove cards from these collections. Every collection and single cards should have a price field, where I can either set Buylist or Fair Value or Median field as price or add it manually. (of course a collection should have automatic sum of card prices or a manual one price if I don't want to sell the collection on card sum price) Also need Set/Expansion admin: have to create new sets with names and images. Visitor should choose between collections or singles. If collection is selected they should have a selection list for set/expansion. Selecting the set they should see the cards listed in that collection with count number (if a card appears 5 times in a collection, just one line needed in the listing and a number 5). Just in any inventory software. I'm also a software developer so please skip your introduction lines (where you work, what wordpress pages you created before, etc). Important! Before I accept anybody for this project, I want to see a sample demo of my request (of course with not every function). I uploaded a sample CSV file. The final theme should be a installable zip file through Wordpress admin panel. Final payment will be completed when I have the working, full version of the theme so I can try it. Every communication must be in Freelancer.com. No skype, no messenger.
