Create wordpress theme, sample data and functionality.

I got a website here [login to view URL] with a template that only have its functionality working but no design on pages, category page, archive page, post page, etc. What you have to do: 1. Create the website design and implement it into wordpress also i need it to be implemented using bootstrap classes. The site needs to have its design for the following pages: - Front Page (Home) - About Us - Simple page with no sidebar - Simple page with right sidebar - Simple page with left sidebar - Article Page with no sidebar - Article page with right sidebar - Article Page with left sidebar - Coming Soon Page - Blog Page - Contact Page - 404 Error Page - Header - Footer 2. I need the following pages: About Us, Front Page, Contact Page, Coming Soon Page to have dynamic content that will be added from Theme Option menu which is created using OptionTree plugin - you can find documentation about it or i can send to you, its pretty easy to use for someone who knows a little the wordpress platform. 3. For the article page and normal page user should be able to choose its template from the right menu in administrator panel (with sidebar, with left sidebar, with right sidebar). 4. Create Typography page with all the headings h1 h2 h3 and other text options 5. Create Shortcodes page with all the content in it -- mostly bootstrap shortcodes and classes 6. The site also need to be populated with sample data, "LOREM IPSUM....". The site needs to look excelent with the sample data. Also you must know that i will only award the job to people who write in the begging of the job proposal the text hello relu. If you don't write that i will consider that you haven't read the job description and i don't want to explain all the stuff again for you. Also i only require that the site have free stock photos with free comercial license and with reselling rights, i will provide you sites with free stock photos if you need or you dont know how to search on google. All this should be very easy for a good wordpress developer, I am waiting for the perfect freelancer.
