Quotes need to pull data from specific data entered and inputted by user. the data is tied to the gross wages entered. file and generate the proposal in pdf. In addition to insurance rates, employee count, payroll wages, employer taxes and other fees will be needed as well. Insurance rates can be provided in excel but will need to be stored into program with the ability to edit rates manually. A admin per check fee based on the pay cycle is needed and the ability to charge by a percentage number, one or the other.
Calculation of potential cost and profits will be needed as well, see example in documents.
quotes should have the ability to show workers comp rates per class code and state along with gross wages tied to them. Show the rate of admin fee either in a per check fee or a percentage fee of total gross wages. The option to quote health insurance and enter in rates. The option to charge percentage of insurance policy down payment. The option to charge set up fees, the option to internal track broker commission pay outs.
File storage is necessary to have easy access to attache to emails
ability to create email templates
ability to track which insurance carrier the prospect was submitted to(mulitple)
ability to track and update users, pending items needed to get a quote,(please see attached as examples)
