I require a SIMPLE Database & web based front end to enter, search, add, change and export data in the database. The front end page needs to be 100% mobile compatible. Easy to use and navigate on mobile phones & tablets. It needs to have the ability to upload images from any device and DIRECTLY capture images/video from the devices camera. The database will need to have several levels of user access with some have read only. The forms will need to be able to email & print details. Ideally forms should be Ajax based allow for searching/matching inputs. Exact design implementation is to be developed with the selected freelancer but will require approximately 12 tables and 6 pages. 4 levels of users. The site needs to be secure, easily editable and have pages for searching, retrieving & exporting data. We considered using ZOHO forms to accomplish our needs however would prefer to go for open source web based solution. We require the freelancer who provides the work to have a solid history and reputation and to have a Confidentiality Agreement.
