Looking to add custom header, fully responsive drop down menu and other minor features (like contact 7) to a few different wordpress sites one of which is using theme called i-excel. Prefer to hire a different developer for each to ensure a quick turnaround on all. Looking for someone who is experienced with responsive sites and has PHP knowledge to handle any programming issues that might arise.
The tasks are simple and should not require more than 20-30 min for each one. I need this COMPLETED WITHIN 4-6 HOURS which should be easy for experienced developer.
