Dashboard Solution for Users and Reporting

We need a dashboard solution for our users to replace our current legacy data export and MS Excel reporting solution. There are three systems that are involved here; (A) Data Capture system, (B) Data Analysis system and (C) the Dashboard. My team will be taking care of A and B. We need help getting the Dashboard up and running and connected to our data. You will not need to know A and B but you might need to be aware of their function once we engage. We will complete the data capture, data analysis and data modelling (basically A and B) so we simply need someone to provide the front-end UX for our users to be able to view data, update data, review progress and print-out reports. I have provided a high-level list of the functionality we are currently looking for. We are looking for a simple approach and interface to begin with and then will add more complicated functionality in a later project. FUNCTIONALITY Today the basic functions necessary to replace our legacy systems, within the Dashboard, are: (1) User Login functionality (2) User Permissions functionality (3) Rater Management functionality (4) Progress functionality (5) Notification functionality (6) Reporting (Charts) functionality (7) Reporting (PDF Report) functionality TEMPLATES The following bootstrap templates are the target of our focus for this phase of the project. For the sake of simplicity I would like to use Gentelella and develop off of this template. Due to the components that come with Limitless I also think this template would be useful. Please review the templates not for all the bells and whistles but for the components we can use to save development time. We will use about 25% or less of the current Gentelella functionality so we will basically turn-off most of what you see in this template. (1) Gentelella: [login to view URL] (2) Limitless: [login to view URL] DESIGN (1) Simple I'm looking for simplicity to begin with so that we can cover each of the functions needed then, in another project, I will look to add features. Today our goal is to replace a legacy system with something that functions with all the items I listed above. (2) Tabbed Interface Both Gentelella and Limitless have tab components in their templates so we will be added a tabbed interface for the Reporting section: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] (3) Charts One of the reasons that Limitless works so well for what we need is the charts that come with it: [login to view URL] If you scroll down to the DATA VISUALIZATION section of the left side navigation you will see Echarts Library, D3 Library, Dimple Library, C3 Library, Google Charts...etc. Gentelella also has charts: [login to view URL] If you scroll down to the Data Presentation section of the left side navigation you will see some charts here too. These may or may not work but I know the Limitless charts will work so between these two we have what we need. (4) Reports If the reporting pages are properly displayed on the Dashboard I am assuming we can have a simple "Print PDF" of those pages and that will be a PDF version of what is dsiplayed on the dashboard. We will also need some reporting functions which allow you to print/view certain pages.
