Debug html and php code, along with developing a file to collect userdata to godaddy database

I have a single page website recently developed. All the html, css and PHP files shall be shared. The issue is when I preview the website locally using my browser, but somehow, once uploaded on godaddy server (even tried on another host server) does not open my website. I would like a debugging of the html code. 2) The webpage has a form which is used to collect some user data for registration. The recipient mail is managed by gmail. So I would like a [login to view URL] file which uses the godaddy mail server details and sends the userdata directly to my mail. Alternatively, if it fails, I would like the data to be stored in cpanel database, if the mail server idea fails. So, all in all, I need 3 small issues to be done: 1) Debug and make sure the website runs 2) Create a [login to view URL] server which uses godaddy mail server 3) If it fails, save the userdata to a godaddy database. Target timline: By tonight No compromise on timelines.
