I need a calculator for deposit fees. I have the database with the costs of different deposit fees and I need a calculator for my wordpress website. The look and feel should be like the current website ([login to view URL]) and the form and the result should look like the the attached pdf. The result is shown as a table list and as a chart. For calculating the result there are two/three input parameters: number of positions average worth of positions (depositworth = number * avg. worth of positions) with these input parameters calculate the yearls costs in the database you will find this fields: - deposit_fee_fix - deposit_fee_var (of depositworth) - per_position_min (minimum costs per position) - per_deposit_min (mimimum costs per deposit) - per_deposit_max (maximum costs per deposit) = deposit costs - account (+ costs of deposit + account = result)
