design/code responsive bootstrap website - no CMS needed - need it asap.

We really need this ASAP, please bid with accurate time frames!!!!! We are seeking someone who can DESIGN, AND CODE our new website, we are looking for a strictly HTML/CSS version of the website, and no CMS is needed! We will provide you with all content, including logo and pictures of products with no background ready to go. Features include: Website design: - Request a quote function that will list all our castles and other items on all pages, easy to find - At the end of the form it will recommend extras - It will have a product listing page and the ability to have multiple images for products (some only have 1) - Other product information includes: price, party price, recommended age, power requirements, recommended attendants, dimensions, description and recommended addons. Each product page should also include social media share icons and an email icon where users can email this page to a friend - Top image on main page should be slider that shows our castles off, and could offer promotions as needed in the slider - Other pages include: news, about us, and our contact information should be in footer. - Request a quote should have the following fields: first name, last name, address, city, postal code, phone number, email, event name, organization, start time, end time, surface, event type, delivery type, tax exempt (checkbox), this section should also ask for address, city, postal code for the event address, but include a checkbox that will use the billing address if checked otherwise it can be entered, and then all our products should be displayed and able to be selected as part of the quote, coupon code, then the next section with recommended addons, then a submit request button that emails all the details to site admin. - Social media icons should also be at the top, facebook, twitter, Instagram, youtube, google+, pinterest - About us page will have a larger banner stating we carry valid insurance and are a fully TSSA licensed company, will have an FAQ, who we are page, contact, and delivery, refund, and privacy policies,
