Develop an app to help people donate to earthquake relief efforts in Mexico.

Mexico has declared a state of national emergency in the wake of the two major earthquakes that devastated the center and south of the country yesterday, Sept 19th. Currently the death toll is estimated at 200+ people, while thousands of others are still missing, injured, destitute, or trapped in the debris. Thankfully, a number of initiatives have made it possible for ordinary civilians to contribute to relief and reconstruction efforts. Various institutions and corporations have provided mechanisms and account numbers to facilitate these donations. Your mission is to create a mobile app that'll make it even easier for the public to take advantage of these opportunities to donate. The app should be able to accomplish the following things: - Displaying to the user a Spanish / English interface depending on whether they're located in Mexico or in other countries. - Allowing the user to donate in Mexican pesos or United States dollars. - Letting the user view the various ongoing relief initiatives and pick which initiative he would like to donate to. - Providing a secure and simple mechanism so people can donate via PayPal -- or using any major credit card -- at the click of a button. This app will be distributed to the public at no cost. I have no previous experience with mobile app distribution, so part of your services would be to upload the app to all the major app distribution channels. This is a completely pro-bono initiative, and unfortunately we have a limited budget to work with.
