We're having problems with Configurable and custom options, the simple products works fine and it shows the add to cart button, but with Configurable and custom options it disappears and the drop down options doesn't work. Most likely to be a java issue and it extend the issue to update shipping adress and in the checkout, it doesn't update the shipping price, the client has to refresh the page manualy. eg [login to view URL]
