Forward messages from multiple public and private Telegram channels to own Telegram channels

I need you to design and build me solution to listen messages from multiple public and private Telegram channels and forward them to my own Telegram channels (public and private). Below are the details: - I don't own the public and private Telegram channels from which the messages come from. However, I can join those channels. - The solution should allow me to select channels from which messages will be forwarded. It shouldn't simply forward messages from all channels I'm already joining. - I own the public and private Telegram channels where we will forward the message to. - The solution must be able to run 24/7 in both Windows and Linux environment - The solution is able to forward messages in real-time (no delay). - The solution is able to exclude forwarding messages containing certain letters / words (with OR operation). - The solution must have how-to-use documentation (simple but clear instruction is okay).
