Hi! No teams, no agencies, no middleman - searching for a great SINGLE developer with above skills - especially the app development - who is fine with a monthly salary from 800$ minimum ++ bonuses for successful and financially rewarding projects. Looking for: - Single developer with 8 hours monday to friday. weekend is off. - Great expertise in APP and website development ( We will work with templates and hire a 2nd person when the time is right ) - ridiculous work ethic: when there is a task there is ALWAYS a way to finish it great and proud. As for me and my small webagency: - i am looking to get high quality projects from europe and the states and anywhere there is serious businessman with a vision. - it will be fun if you work ridiculously as mentioned above but when you need to be serious you shall be serious :) - I am a musician financing my career with the agency. Working and finding solutions without me is a must. The Agency shall grow in time, hiring more people with career opportunities and shares in the agency if it reaches such a growth. Important: you need to be absolutely dedicated after we mutually agree to start this. Lenght: If we finish the projects first month, and i get more european/serious clients we will continue. As the agency rises so do the bonuses and salaries. All countries welcome, looking mostly for Pakistani, Indian or Bangladesh citizens BUT everybody who is happy with our salary agreement is welcome. Pls list all skills you have, show me portfolio of functioning apps and websites in wordpress. all else is bonus for me.
