I have a good understanding of PHP and MySQL which will help in restoring your website back to a working state. If there is a need to go and change files and permissions I am also comfortable doing that with no problem. The restoration process for Wordpress might take about 1 day by my estimate and then updating the plugins will take an additional day. After that there needs to be at least 1 day which will be needed to test the website. I am assuming that you have Cpanel installed on your webserver.
