IPTV Player Android

I need an app where the end user can add an m3u playlist and can play the TV channels from the m3u playlist. It needs to work just like Perfect Player. 1. User installs app and adds playlist. 2. EPG should be included by URL end user can input. 3. There needs to be an ad slot that I can control via web server. 4. Option to remove ads via Stripe or Paypal. 5. Playlist that I use needs to have channels placed into categories or folders. 6. Channels load in full screen. Channel menu to change channel can be accessed at any time on any screen. 7. App needs to be available for both Android phones, tablets and TV boxes.
