Looking for a freelancer to develop conversational chat bot for our service. It should be as an independent web service...so that we can integrate it with other services...
To be more clear,
I want to have a web service created, which can be called by other interfaces for coversations.
That backed web service can be using AIML or [login to view URL] or Microsoft LUIS framework etc.
Correct me/ suggest me if my expectations or understanding is not in sync.
