Looking for a motivated programmer in Android, Json, and PHP -02

I am looking for a good programmer for long term business relationship. I am a service provider with various jobs. I need someone that is an expert in, PHP, Android App programming, and Json, ... Various projects will include working on, 1) Brand New Android App 2) Modifying or updating existing Android Apps 3) Doing web services (server files) using php or Json to cater to the iOS or Android Apps 4) PHP programming for other purposes. I would like to work directly with an talented coder and not with a company that works with programmers. I am not interested in one job. Rather interested in a long term work relationship. So if you represent a company please do not reply. What is important to me is, 1) Your ability to produce clean work 2) On time delivery 3) Honesty So if you are good in what you do, can deliver as you promise and you are a good person please contact me. I will give you a small test job at first. And after that if everything works out well I will discuss other jobs with you one at a time. When you become familiar with the job and we agree on the terms I will go ahead and will post it on freelancer directly for you. Payments: You will get paid what is fair for the job. Not too low and not too high. It will be based on the going rates on Freelancer and amount of time needed to complete the work. I will not pay you hourly it will be a set fee for the job delivery. I will always create a payment escrow for each job on freelancer for the full amount so you would know your money is safe when you work with me. And you don't have to worry about getting paid.
