Hi, if i understood your requirement clearly then what u need is to add an attribute to the product and the surcharge on the cart will be based on the attributes. your current module already add the surcharge but u want it to be changed based on the attribute of the project. i can do it in next two days. i don't take any advance milestone. u can pay me the whole amount after verifying the code.
