In our Magento, we want to create an option to analysize the performance of our pick & pack staff.
We want to be able to assign a pick&pack person for each of the orders that the pick&pack person completes and then be able to mark the product/s on the order, if we receive a claim after the customer have the order delivered and then be able to create an excel report. See attached screen dump for how we think it should be done on the order page in Magento and how the output in Excel could look like.
So for each order we want to be able to assign a pick/pack person (by a drop down menu where all pick/pack people has been created and then on each product on the order mark if there has been a claim - also by a drop down with different types of claims 1. Incorrect product 2) incorrect quantity 3. Product claim 4. Return 5. Exchange.
