Magento Whole sale discount and invoice corrections

the issue in one of my site is i have whole sale account from the same list defined for discounts and prices specific to whole sale or retails customer while the basic user remain the same issue is when the products are shown from this account there is two prices actual and discounted then adding to cart it will charge as per discounted price but wont show the actual retail price it shows the same in both boxes then the discount percentage is not mentioned it stays zero and line total is correct as a discounted total at grand total again there is no mention of how much total discount on invoice given actual retail price and price charged ! due to this we are not able to invoice correctly our whole sale and retail customers i want some one to correct those for me on a local ones its working then add it to our main data base and make it running proved its working and tested if more details are needed let me know attached are pictures hope it gets you the matter understood
