Multi Party Video Conference Software

We are looking to build a platform independent and web based video conference product baed on java with following requirements: 1) Multiparty Video Conferencing software upto 4 people. Center video will auto larger with the person who is speaking with application screen shot feature. 2) There will be a different user rooms along with user online indications. 3) Admin/Owner can select the person for video,audio call to start/initiate the conversion. 4) System should start the video call along with the predefined and default parameters as following : - default video and audio devices is pre selected - 100 kbps and 320*240 will be the default selection. - IF required user can change the resolutions and bitrate from settings - System should be auto reconnect in case of loss of internet connectivity 5) online list of users - specific to rooms 6) All calls should be default recorded on server with date, time stamp and meeting identification. Recordings can be downloaded and play. 7) Application screen shot when required. 8) application logs should be saved 9) the system should be flow less, video audio results should be excellent without any compromise in quality. 10) audio should support echo cancellation. 11) Video,audio should work excellent along with 4 people conference. no buffer, stuck from application side. We need the code of entire system before closing and releasing the payment. Testing and verification should be performed.
