I would certainly like to take this on and have done several CRM systems including a very comprehensive one for a construction company in Florida. Please have a look at the client reviews that I have. I can host the system on my server here in South Africa during development and , once you are happy with the result, I will do the transfer to your live server. If you have not selected a live host yet, may I suggest GoDaddy. They are reasonably priced and offer good packages. I will do the system using MySQL as the database and PHP as the back end scripting language. The system will allow note and photo upload via smart phones and complete security will be built in.
