i need someone create a video uploading script and development

here are requirements: take another look and send offer accordingly 1)main page will be just a login screen where admin will login only. no other accounts 2)after login, the admin, could also change his password if he wants 3)after login, we should see list of all uploads with views, length of video, size, title, date posted 4)we should be able to edit info/delete video existing video 5)upload video through pc 7)once video is uploaded, we should get emebed code. - that code we can emebed on any webiste . just like youtube embed link [login to view URL] 8)player should be easy to load and simple and should work with all browsers. as of now these are the details and requirement, if something comes up I will let you know 9)video upload size can be any maxium per video or 1 gb per video complete date 4-5 days max
