I currently use Quick Books for my accounting software and it provides tools to manage customers, vendors, clients, inventory and finances. The Report Center provides a method of tracking aspects my business, including sales, income, expenses and overall company growth. The service also runs in a web browser or on mobile phones which helps a lot with our company being located in multiple geographical areas. Quick Books is not equip with a scheduling and time tracker, so we use TSheets that that portion.
TSheets is a time tracking and employee scheduling app for companies needing to track, manage, and report time. The service runs in a web browser or on mobile phones and integrates with various payroll and accounting platforms like QuickBooks.
Quickbooks is not equip with any kind of database for documents. Because of this, we must upload all document to our online Google Drive. The issue with Google Drive is a company is not allowed to set expiration dates on the documents/files uploaded. For example: a driver’s license that expires 05/08/18 would expire without notifying anyone. To fix this issue, we considered Smartsheets, Excel, and or AladdinPro. Smartsheets does not allow a robust document upload setting like we need. Excel does not either, and AladdinPro has terrible customer support and is possibly a fraudulent website. We also need these documents to be cross platform compatible and accessed via the cloud.
Employees must fill out paperwork when onboarding to our company, so we use Zenifits for that, however, i would like all the employee paperwork to be in one place instead of some being in Zenifits, some in Good Drive, and some being in Quickbooks.
I would like to basically run my whole system from 1-2 pieces of software at the most or build a custom system which I can control the components below with:

• Marketing Automation
• Call Center
• Customer Service
• Employee Management
• Operations Management
