New MMORPG

I would like to hire a person to develop a new MMORPG for me. The information about the MMORPG that I need developed is below. The Game will be called World Kingdom and will be based in a fantasy world that is led over by a king (the owner of the game which is me). The world will be infinite in size and players can explore the lands and buy land from the game using in-game currency. Each plot of land will have a standard size and players can buy up as much land as they want anywhere in the game that they want. If a player buys up enough land in the same area they can establish their own town and bring in people to buy or rent land or houses and shops from them. The players can explore, buy/sell/trade with other players and can buy from the game, own land, start towns, rent out land to other players, sell land to other players, mine resources such as stone, gold, silver, iron, coal, emeralds etcetera. Players will also be able to hunt and gather resources such as food, wood, etcetera. Players will be able to build houses and shops with the wood and stone gathered. Requirements for gameplay: The players must be able to mine resources (I do not care how the actual functions of the mining goes as long as the players have to go and find the resources available to mine and mine them). Players must be able to buy in-game land with in-game money and also be able to resell or rent out the land that they bought. Players must be able to buy the in-game currency using paypal through an in-game marketplace. Players must be able to interact with each other such as talking in public and private chat. Players must be able to send and receive items and in-game currency from other players. Players must be able to setup shops in-game and allow players to come in and purchase the items sort of like how the MMORPG called Entropia Universe operates as far as shops selling things. Players must be able to craft items and stuff out of the material they have mined or gathered (I do not care about the functionality of this as long as it allows players to craft the items out of their things in their inventory). Requirements for the owner admin panel: I need to be able to see all the players that are online with a counter so I can see exactly how many are online without having to count them manually. I need to see all of the registered accounts with a counter so I can see exactly how many there are without having to count them manually. I need to see all of the transactions between the players and the game and also player to player transactions by looking up the player’s name. I need to be able to view how much in-game currency is in the system. I need to be able to create in-game currency to distribute to other players or my own account. I need to be able to spawn in-game items into the game through my owner account. I will also need a website that is user friendly and is simple for a non programmer to edit and control. And I will need all of the assets (art work) to be provided by the developer whether the developer designs it themselves, hires an artist to do it, or buys the artwork (but if the artwork is bought there must not be any royalties attached to the artwork).
