The application consist of sending real time messages and pictures from desktop to subscribers mobile phones (all types). The messages sent are for different categories and the subscribers have to choose which categories they want to subscribe so they will receive only the messages related to those categories. Subscribers are required to register to get an ID and password to access the application after approval and have to choose which category (ies) they want to subscribe. The sender (desktop) will have full access to control panel to add/remove category, approve/disable/delete subscribers, save, print, etc... ================================== BUDGET IS VERY LIMITED TO $250 ONLY ==================================
