Hi,
I am an electronic engineer specializing in computer vision and machine learning. I have done many projects related to computer vision and video analytics using image processing and deep learning. Some of the projects I have done are smart surveillance, action detection, face recognition, facial attribute detection, semantic and instance segmentation, person re-identification, object detection and tracking, etc.
On top of that, I have a very good knowledge about image processing, deep learning and mathematics. Moreover I am very good with python,C++ programming and familiar with libraries such as Keras, Pytorch, Tensorflow, OpenCV (Python/C++), numpy, sklearn, etc which are necessary in the development process.
People counting (entering a region through an entrance) is one of the main applications I have done with regard to computer vision. Therefore I have first hand experience on tasks similar to yours. However performing this in a raspberry Pi would be challenging, but could be done. Moreover I have done vision projects on raspberry Pi and other small board computers, which can help immensely, along with my knowledge and experience in similar projects.
I would like to discuss more info via chat.
Regards,
Dilina.
