Sure, 1 Would you mind to share a Test user login to check your CRM system setup? 2 Knowledge Base Articles -Option to add files ===> What kind of files do you like to add? 3 Display Support ticket # - Do you want the only Numeric number of Alphanumeric to show? Will it be auto-generated? 4 Tickets need to be able to be assigned by which Module and staff members can select which Module they want to view open tickets for (give us the option to add Module) ===> How many modules are there?
