WP,Plugin - to make site Google Bot mobile friendly

I need a simple WP plugin to make my site mobile friendly in Google's LATEST mobile update. It must be original coding. It must pass the Google mobile test It must not alter my theme or ANY functionality The Plugin will not turn the existing theme into a mobile theme, rather,in Google's eye it will appear mobile, pass all its checks. So when you take a URL that first is rejected by the scan Google,uses below, then after the WP Plugin is installed and run again through Google's test...then it will then appear as mobile friendly.
