Hello, I am interested in a POS software made in Java, with local database and inventory management. The budget is $700. Thew first version (usable / test soft) will be the simplest version with LOCAL database. In the first version we will use only 1 fiscal printer, 1 bar code scanner All drivers and documentations for these hardwares are available, so we don’t need to figure it out from the zero how it works. I will deliver all pages in PSD. Pixel perfect. So I also request everything to be exactly as in the PSD files. How I need the software: - The software needs to be local, and installable. - All source code to be legal (no copy paste from other softwares). - The software will be distributed and everything needs to be legal. - Yes we can use open source codes, to simplify our job. - I need this software installable on windows & linux. - In the future i would like to connect it to a cloud database.. but only in the future. - All pages examples are in the example file. About the software design & UI: - I will have a similar design to this software. in PSD. No big changes. - I am interested if you can do a software like this. Structure / Pages: - Main page: shopping cart / discount / product search / big digit numbers - Daily Registry note: all registries/ modify current day registry / 2 action buttons for fiscal printer - Daily Sales: Total sales by the user / month / day - Product list: All products with search bar / add new / modify / delete / import / export / bar code on-off option settings - Configuration: company details / fiscal printer select / save & restore database Questions, for what I need answers from you: - What are the estimated cost from you, for a software like this? - Approximative time to be done, by you? (usable) - In what language is better to be written this software? and why? - If i give you an UI interface made by a designer in PSD can you keep the exact measures and sizes? - I am interested in your offer (detailed) Please check the attachment with comments on the photos. PS: The NEXT project will be to connect / synchronise the local database with the cloud database. BUT when there is NO internet connection the software works offline locally.
