Prestashop - issues with tags and updates after moving to cPanel (Repost)

Before explaining, we want to be very clear that we're looking for long term providers that are affordable and also very experienced with lots of years working on hosting environtments / very experts in Prestashop in this case. Very hoenest people, if you do this fine we will givbe you more tasks of other projects, since we're an agency and have multiple clients / projects, most of them based in WP. We moved a Prestashop site from a DirectAdmin hoster (where our client was having multiple issues and management problems) to a cPanel server and all works fine, except a couple of things (now three): 1.- Tags not being saved, in product details editor. You will see an "All modules updated successfully." message, but nothing vhanged in fact, still "update" message. See here --> [url removed, login to view] 3.- Now client said also some banners are not being shown as before and as configured. See here ( [url removed, login to view] ) and here ( [url removed, login to view] ) Shared cPanel server has multiple domains and all works fine there. No issues with WP and other PHP sites, all it's very nicely optimized. We believe this is a PHP module or somehing that we need to adjust in cpanel, anyway we ask you to check to get a second opinion. One tech told us after paying 2h of diagnose that problem would be (not really confirmed) with core files and that needs about 8-10h to fix this issues, but as I said not really confirmed. We just wanna verify this is the right way to fix this. We want to verify that this is correct and we're doing the right way to fix this and other futurte issues. Please, bit 1h to check and give us your second opinion. In the case you know this kind of error, please tell us and let us know. We want to have all this fixed ASAP. Maybe, if we need so many hours fo fix this, we were thinking that maybe would be better, faster and easier to migrate data over a new prestashop installation ?
