Hello, I am currently using wholesale product pricing extension and I am not sure If it is because of this, but when a customer orders more than 1 of the same product, when you go to the cart, the quantity still shows as 1 while the price is the amount of more than 1. For example, When a customer buys 5 quantity of the same product and goes to the cart to check out, the quantity is 1 while the price is the amount of 5 quantity. More detail is on this video.
