Recreate Wordpress homepage + install WooCommerce store

Hello, we want to recreate and expand our homepage (attached jpg #1 Homepage #1) as best as possible . It´s a wordpress based homepage with 215 pages at the moment without store. About us: We (IFM look Homepage jpg #1) are a Training Institute for Sales-, Telephone- and Servicetraining located in Germay and exclusivly operating in the german speaking region. We need modernize our WordPress homepage and install WooCommerce german-version shop. Steps: 1. Video conference of approx one hour with me to get an understanding of what we want and need? a. Recomend a new, fast theme (DIVI, Indigo, ???) wich supports content and function like (look jpg #1 Page #2 combined with #3 and #4) b. New Design and structure as an overlay on HOME ((look jpg Page #4) c. Single Point of truth for pages with same content but different town. (JPG Target for single Point of truth) d. Setup shop woocommerce, shop entry „Training date“ hast o be shown on the matching page. (JPG Target for single Point of content) with a Seminarfinder. (example URL provided by chat. PLEASE ASK for it before ORDER!!! ) e. Google speed Insights above 88% mobil and desktop f. something forgotten…? 2. Consider in your work our top search engine positions Key words: „Messetraining“ plus german bigger towns. Check IN ADVANCE Example „Messetraining Berlin“ Page ONE on search engines! Additional Keywords are: „Telefontraining“ and „Verkaufstraining“. Excisting URL´s ahs to taken over and transfered with conten (all aprox 200 pages) in the modern new theme. 3. Setup woocommerce shop with appox 6 Trainers and 100 Towns, where Trainings are delivered (= 600 products). Programm mimimum Participant. And use 4. Transfer existing content to new theme and woocommerce. 5. Bring Videos and pictures in new theme 6. Handover a short manual, how the shop and the system has to by used. 7. Make sure that you have free resources next 15 days. 8. Development has to be done on your plattform. Transfer after appoval to our hosting by your team. 9. Video conference at least every second day to speak about progress of the project and clarfying. 10. We require the page to behave responsive. All extra functionality, like the contact form or iframes, shall be added too or copied from the existing page. 11. All text, styles, color, fonts and images need to be copied from Homepage IFM. 12. The final page MUST be editable easily. Please consider using a page-builder like Visual Composer, Cornerstone or similar. This is absolutely mandatory!! 13. Most important: Give advise - if we have forgotten something - BEFORE starting the project and clarify all open questions of the expected performance and delivery. As with all my projects, I delete all the bids that do not use the keyword as first word in their bid – it’s the best way, I find, to ensure the bidder has really read the brief. Todays keyword is “UPDATE” TO GET THE ORDER: To get the order it will be helpful, if you sent an explanation how you will solve the question of the single point of truth. So I get an impression how you will work. References of succesful finished woocommerce/wordpress developement will underline your knowledge and fast understanding of what we want.
