Reliable php programmers wanted

We are looking for a small stable of reliable programmers to work with us on a regular basis. Work will be mostly php modifications and the occasional programming job. We are getting a little tired of unrelaible programmers that do one job then dissapear or let us down on the next. We offer our clients first class support and expect the same from our outsourcfed programmers. Programmers must be able to work quickly have an excellent grasp of the english language and be able to communicate via yahoo messenger. We have jobs waiting and a script we would like building there will be a very good deal on that for the winning bidder. We can pay $5 to $10 an hour to successful programmers. Please state any expertise with certain scripts as this will help us build our list. Ie "I have worked a lot with cube cart" PM's please, you will see we are very easy to work with and pay promptly via paypal, but we do expect availability and regular communication when working.
