Resume AND Job Description Parser [READ WHOLE DECRIPTION]

Dear Freelancer community, We are looking for a team that can help us build two things, that both are related. Application should be written in PHP / Python. If you prefer another language please let us know. NOTE: It is very important that you / your team have done similar projects like this before. Please submit references. A) RESUME PARSER A user can upload a document (docx, doc, pdf, txt etc) and text is parsed from the document. Text is then analyzed in order to understand name, job title, position etc. Output is a tagged XML file, that is also submitted to our database (SQL) B) JOB DESCRIPTION PARSER A job description is provided in text format. Parser understands what type of job it is (job category), job title, employer name, location etc. These details are then outputted in a tagged XML file (same as resume parser) that is submitted to our database (SQL) DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT BEFORE YOU HAVE SEEN THE DEMO (login details are attached in this description). This is the results the final application should be able to deliver. Do not test demo more than once as it will consume our trial credits. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have. DETAILS: The resume parser needs to be able to extract data such as:: . first name . last name . address . city . state/province . zip code . country . citizenship/immigration status . email address . resume job category . resume title . career objective or background . years of professional experience . employment history . education history . licenses and certifications . foreign languages . references . skills keywords . publications . security clearances Note that resumes are completely unstructured, and each resume will have a different design / layout and content. It is therefor important that parser can handle all of these. Furthermore, a feature of logging is needed, where the parser would log feedback on which resumes / jobs it thinks were difficult to parse accurately, so a manual team can look at these.
