This APP must have 4 types of user (User_Type) according to the privileges and functions, and each one must have some User Sub_Types. This APP has to be all in Spanish. The APP must work with location in real time (maps) and access to the camera of the device. the APP must have the option to record and transmit audio and video in real time and transmit its position in real time The APP must allow the citizen to only report from his cell phone (android, IOS) in real time any crime, accident, breakage, etc. (Report_Type) with or without a photo, marking in real time the location of the report. This report is sent in real time to Official (web) and Patrol (android, IOS) and automatically opens the map to show the addresses. Depending on the type of report, the alert can also be sent to other Citizen users. All these alerts generate "open cases" that according to the "Report Type" must be closed by the User_Patrol and confirmed by the User_Official All this information is stored in a Database. The APP must have additional options of Notifications, Alerts, others, which will be visible according to each type of user. For the registration of the "Citizen" users, the ID number (national identification number) must be validated with [login to view URL] and during the registration must validate the address with the maps. The APP must work with automatic text messages or alerts via SMS. For the registration of users type "Patrol" must be made of the web through an Official and be validated by the Official "General". For the registration of the Official type users, it must be done directly by the APP Admiistrator. The application must also allow the daily recording of other user data "Patrol" to store in the Database.
