I need to create an online platform in for a restaurant franchisee with more then one store.
The platform is divided into two main parts:
1. Employee section
2. Admin Section
1- The employee section
• Log in: Employee must log in, using a preset username and password.
• Once signed in, Employee must read 2 e-books (Simple ebook design with scrolling in pages)
• Last page should be an Acknowledgment of reading or confirmation receipt where employee must:
o Name
o Family Name
o Signature : ability to use the mouse or for signature, or finger on mobile:
o Initials
o Store # (choose from Preset store number : 1 to 14)
o Date
o Last 4 digit of Social Security : ****
• Once data submitted, the last page only must be saved in the admin section, under Store number and employee name.
• Employee must print or save file as pdf.
2- Admin Section
• Log in: Admin must log in (ability to create his own passeord and change when needed, for security)
• Create/delete/edit Username and Pass: for Employees section
• Check the acknowledgment of reading in both e-book
o ¬ A list of all employees that read and sign it.
o Ability to filter by e-book, Store and employees
o Name, family name, last 4 digit data should be saved with the ability to export as pdf.
o Ability to Print the employee signed paper.
The platform should be mobile friendly, since 90% of the users will login from their mobile phone.
Must be highly secured.
Is their any way to save automatically in a SKY folder?
