Social Media Score and Analyzer | JSON, PHP, Maths

We are looking for a freelancer with good computer science and mathematical skills who can help us build a scoring system for social media . Our aim is to have users to signup, connect their profile and then their social media is analyzed. We are interested in: Engagement, Reach, Tags, Text Sentiment, Location, How often they post, Profanity checker, Interests to start with, however this will grow. We require a scoring system to rate each person across all platforms they have including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube and Snapchat. This would available by logging in or just adding a username for each account. Ideally the data would be in a MySQL database with PHP, that can be pushed out into JSON frontend. We're not looking for design elements just data at the moment. Experience in previous social media analyses would be preferential. Also if there are elements, scoring that has been overlooked then extra budget will be assigned if we feel it would add something of greater value.
