We want to install, setup and configure SugarCRM for our internal use. We need following functionalities (if unavailable out of the box): Sales person ("User") is going to make 100 - 200 calls everyday. User should be able to make a log of each call with comments. Management ("SuperUser") should get daily and weekly report with all these logs. These logs should contact contact details with comment. When a new call is made to same contact the next day, SuperUser and User should be able to see the list of all calls made to that contact with date and time. SuperUser should be able to get reports like: 1. Calls made - Daily 2. Calls made - Weekly 3. Calls reports for as account 4. Calls made by geography 5. Calls made by a

Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate editions are payable based on users. We have some limitation in CE edition and can't able to extend the modules for more customization.
