JS "Time-line" Website - vis.js -- 4

To demonstrate your ability to make this project you will need to work on the "multiple timeline" aspect first. Daily communication and updates will be required other wise contract will be terminated and new freelancer will be brought in. I am trying to build a timeline website - take this examples for a guide - 1)[login to view URL] 2)[login to view URL] Using this Javascript GIT [login to view URL] for example. I would like to expand upon its purpose adding a few more features. Such 1)Social User sign up(user database) 2) multiple "character timeline" on one canvas 3) Character boxes can be tagged which can be brought up in the site search function 4)Character boxes can be rated 1-5 - These ratings are then totaled in the Statistics bar. 5) the characters box should be able to display pictures/video links properly. 6) Network view ( an alternate view with grabs connections between characters) The main feature of this is Multiple Timelines that correspond linearly on the time line. So for example the user can search up to 20 "characters" and then simultaneously have them displayed. There will also be a few other features that display other information about the "character" such as statistics and ratings system. Our timeline should work the using a DATABASE that can accept Excel spreadsheets as the input method for the characters AND also a export to Excel options. Please check the illustration picture as this is how I want it to look and function.
