Transfer and modify joomla website MAX 50USD

I have a joomla site that I have developed that I want to transfer to my server. The files and database are accessible and ready to install. I will need some changes to the site. Say 5 hours max that we will work together (REMOVED BY FREELANCER.COM ADMIN) to fix the small issues. These changes include adding a joomla module for seo and google analytics amongst others. Winner must have excellent feedback. The site is online for you to refer to when you are setting up the files on another location. Excellent Mysql and SEO skills are mandatory and this site also takes data from a complicated separate mysql database that powers the Saas that this joomla site will advretise. 3. I am being as open as I can n this project without giving commercial details away. I hope you understand. 4. The site has been designed to be fully mobile compatible and this must be continued. 5. Mobile speed must be optimised. 6. Incorporate structured data Markup on the information items on the bottom of the page. 7. Pages must be reduced to the minimum possible size, as the site is to be viewed in regions with slow bandwidth. 8. Make good and adjust code on some pages linked to my master database= ALLOW 5 hours for this component. Reduce age sizes. 9. Set Language as English. But there are also one French and one German page within the site. Advise on how to handle these, as I hope they will be indexed in german and french google. 10. Reduce the depth of the banner picture on homepage 11. Make a page of a large graphic ( the graphic is completed) and over lay some text on it ( The text is available) 12. Implement login screen. Take login data off the main mysql database and put downloads behind this login. Downloads will be two different pdf downloads on a download library page to be created by [login to view URL] two documents to the download page and give written instructions on how I add to this library in the future. 13. Add live dynamic form on front page ( form already completed), but the form should always show when the banner picture shows 14. Ensure all social media button links are same size and operational. 15. remove footer text 16. Amend footer text and leave footer text on restricted pages and link these ages together. 17.
