Update a Apple Numbers Spreadsheet with Formulas and Functions

Hello, I am looking who knows Apple Numbers well and could quickly make this spreadsheet work for us. I need to update a spreadsheet from Google Doc to Apple Numbers because the formulas and functions do not pull through when it was exported. To do: 1. Tab titled Transactions: Column B, Category. Needs to be connected as a drop-down list to the options on the Tab Categories > Category Name. 2. The Tab titled Profit and Loss needs to be connected to the Transactions tab. So for all columns there needs to be a search function that would find the totals from the Transaction tab for the corresponding items. For example, Revenue> Sales : would need to find a corresponding total amount and the accurate month from the Transactions.
