Urgent: Solve pbm of downloading time on the mobile version of my WIX website

Hey,
I didn't pay much attention to picture size and other matters when I created my wix website.
So the downloading times on mobile version are horrendous, a real turn-off.
I need someone to quickly fix that.
I'd like the process to go fast, and to be involved as less as possible.
But I guess many troubles will have to do with pics size, which means you may need my help with the original pics (i don't know, you tell me).
So I'll expect you to:
1/ change the format / compression / whatever of the different pics by yourself whenever possible.
2/ check each time that the change hasn't messed up with either the desktop or mobile version (wix mobile editor tends to mess around)
3/ provide me with a clear, detailed, well organized listing of the pics where the original version is needed for the fix, so that I can provide you with what's missing in a structured manner, without wasting my time or yours, or drawning under poor organization.
4/ explain me all the other changes needed to speed up the mobile downloading times, and implement immediately the most "bang for the buck" ones.

IMPORTANT:
I will only answer to the freelancers that show they've looked at and browsed the mobile site, and who articulate what in their views are the most probable causes of the problem, what they'll need to solve them, and more or less how long it'll take them to solve the issue.
