Using Google API for Sheets, collecting recurring data sets and inserting into database (PHP MYSQL)

We have a workbook in google that has multiple sheets with the same data sets on each one for each month. We need to get the information from each sheet an add the data in a mysql database for each sheet and have it update on page load from the latest data shown on the sheet (the sheet is updating frequently). The data will be saved in the database with the corresponding sheet name. This will allow us to retrieve the information from the database for a given month-year (sheet name). The JOB: 1. Using supplied API key and Credentials, read the list of sheets from shared google workbook. 2. Using the sheet names as a reference allow the collection and update from any given sheet and store it in a mysql database for that sheet name (month-year) (1 of the cols in the database). 3. Write a simple web application to show a drop down list of sheet names and a submit button that we can then update the data from the sheet into the database. We will then display in html certain information from the database after the data has been updated. An example of the Spreadsheet is attached, you will see the sheet names are the Month - Year and the sheets can contain different employee names and can have more or less employees on any given sheet, the format always stays the same however including the empty rows.
