Various Senior PHP Coding Tasks

Hi there, We are about 75% finished in a big Web Based Saas project and we need an additional developer with more exp to speed this up. The following tasks need to be completed: 1) Need to automate customer signup process after successful payment with JVZoo / PayPal api -- MUST be very comfortable with Paypal IPN 2) White Labeling -- Allow customers to start their own version of our website and manage the users who join their instance -- some PayPal IPN work will be required here 3) Allow user to create a Products Remaining template...used for OTO pages (will set a quantity, and after pixel fires off from purchases, that number will reduce) 4) Countdown Timer integration for Popups -- users set a timer that counts down as an animation on the popup 5) Ecomm Style popup template which links to page where purchase was made -- (this will be manual and not automated..easy task and will explain 6) Sale stats added to analytics menu -- using the pixel that gets added to a users thank you page...we will track total # of sales 7) We have about 15 - 20 PSD's that need to be converted to responsive HTML that our dashboard will have to run on. this is already done our dev's server but he has not responded in past 24 hours...so this may need to be done again We have an aggressive 7 day time line to complete all this.
